Your First Dance: What You Should Expect

Your First Dance is our priority. After that, we want you to be able to dance at your entire wedding. Then we want you to be able to dance on your Honeymoon. And of course, the rest of your life.

Do you and your fiancée dance together now? If not, DON’T WORRY! Most couples think they can’t dance together for any number of reasons. Just leave the teaching to us. We promise, YOU CAN DO IT!

• The optimal time to begin your dancing is 6 months before your wedding. If you are reading this with less than 6 months to go, have no fear! We can even get you comfortable within a week’s time! But 6 months or more is preferred.
• First, contact us to set up your consultation. This might be an Introductory Lesson for yourself and your fiancée, or it might be a visit to the studio to talk about your ideas and your reception. Either way, we’ll spend some time with you finding our exactly what you want your big day to be like, and how your First Dance will fit in.
• Then, your teacher will create a program that works for you. Every couple is different; different schedules, budgets, desires. So instead of a cookie-cutter program, we’ll create something entirely personalized and customized.

We also offer several concierge services that no other studios offer – and each service is included with your tuition – no extra charge. We will help you with music arrangement and editing, choreographing for yourself and your parents, helping your bridesmaids and groomsmen dance, shoe choices, and much more.
